This is a 700cc bottle of hornet shochu pickle.
Preparation: November, Reiwa 6 (2024)
Method:
1. Cover the nest entrance of a large hornet and drive out all the hornets at once to capture them alive.
2. Transfer the captured hornets from the net to a glass bottle. Pour shochu into the bottle and seal it.
3. Store at room temperature for more than half a year.
