Marking Highlighter Flex

Description

I believe I bought this many years ago,
but I haven't been able to confirm if the ink flows.
It's unopened, so I think it should be fine regarding dryness, but...

It's a bit different from a typical marker,
the tip seems to be brush-type (?).
