A set of two happi coats with a black Ise design on a white background.
These were worn once during the 御白石持ち (Oshiraishi Mochi) ceremony for the previous (62nd) Shikinen Sengu (rebuilding of the shrine).
- Accessories: Obi (sash), hachimaki (headband), cloth used to wrap the 御白石 (Oshiraishi - sacred white stones)
*All items have been washed and ironed.
The name on the hachimaki has been slightly cut off (it's on the inside, so it's not visible).
The happi coats and obi also have names, but they have been covered with white correction fluid (see the last photo).
