It is said that by inserting the thong between your toes up to the base and wearing them with your toes and heel touching the floor, the arch of your foot will be corrected and blood flow will improve.
Even when sitting on a chair, your feet will relax from the tips of your toes, and it is expected to be effective in relaxing the mind and body, and in alleviating and preventing foot problems such as bunions.
In cold weather, wearing them with tabi socks provides extra warmth.
Wearing them while sleeping warms your feet, so we highly recommend them for those who have cold feet or have trouble sleeping due to tension.
