Description

Green cloth with a traditional festival design.

A novelty item commemorating the 30th anniversary of the sister city relationship between Victoria, Canada, and Morioka City, Iwate Prefecture, for donations of 50,000 yen or more.

I would like to pass this on to collectors or others who appreciate it. It belonged to my father, who loved cats.
The proceeds will be used for the medical expenses of rescue cats.

It has been stored folded in a corner of the guest room and has faded due to sun exposure.

- Design: Green cloth with white printing, traditional festival design
- Event Name: Twin City 30th Anniversary
- Contents: Illustrations of yokai (Japanese spirits/monsters) and deities are depicted.
