These are DIY parts for fixing 2x4 lumber vertically to create posts.
To simply erect posts, no complex procedures or special tools are required.
They can be easily installed as they are securely fixed using the force of a jack.

Adjusters with only the upper part have existed for a while, but I considered how those without a drill or 8mm drill could manage, and thus conceived and created the lower part. The drill-free type was my invention.

DIY Storage Parts

Washers have been added between the hexagonal top part and the lumber. This addition provides stability and acts as a lock nut.
Therefore, when assembling the upper part, please insert the washer onto the bolt before inserting it into the hole.

Assembly
As we ship disassembled, insert the bolt with the washer lightly tightened (do not overtighten) as shown in photo 3, then insert the post, followed by a washer, nut, nut, and washer in that order, and tighten the upper part with the nut.

Installation Method
① Cut the 2x4 lumber for the post to a length approximately 80mm shorter than the installation height.
② Screw the lower part of the adjuster to the top of the 2x4 cut in ①. (Photo 4)
③ Insert the threaded side of the upper adjuster part into the hole drilled in the post from ②.
④ Once aligned with the installation location, stand it vertically (use a level), and tighten by turning the lower nut clockwise with a wrench to create tension.
〇Please sandwich the anti-scratch sheets between the floor/ceiling and the adjuster, placed above the post and below the adjuster. Attaching them with double-sided tape is easy.
Required Tools
〇13mm wrench or monkey wrench, or other tool to turn the nut
〇Electric drill or impact driver or Phillips screwdriver
〇Saw (You can also have it cut at a home improvement store)
〇Level (Apps are also available.)
