This is a Dragon God Crystal Charm Bracelet from Muryu Ryuketsu Shrine, located deep in the mountains of Nara Prefecture.
The shrine office is only open one day a month, outside of festival days, so obtaining a charm requires both good timing and good fortune.
This shrine enshrines the Dragon God, and at the inner shrine, you can worship at the Dragon's Hole.
While there are other shrines in Japan that enshrine the Dragon God, shrines where you can view and worship at a Dragon's Hole are extremely rare and are places of very strong energy.
This is a crystal charm bracelet containing crystals carved with the Dragon God.
It has not been removed from the box shown in the image, and the size is free size.
As a guideline, the inner diameter is estimated to be just under 17-18 cm.
