Vase, Flower Vase, Flower Holder, Modern, Cylindrical

Description
This has been in my home for decades, but I don't know where it was purchased or what kind of pottery it is.
I used it to display dried flowers, so it has not held water.
The white part at the top is smooth and feels like regular ceramic, but the colored parts below are rough, as if they are unglazed.
It doesn't feel like traditional pottery; it has a slightly modern feel.
There are no noticeable scratches or stains, and it is in good condition.
Size:
Bottom diameter: approx. 10 cm
Top diameter: approx. 6.5 cm
Height: approx. 24.5 cm
