[About the Product]
This is a luxurious Fukusa with Stand (with Claws, for Both Celebrations and Condolences) made as a commemorative item for the rebuilding of Toyoshima Hachijin Shrine.
The included stand (stamp tray) is carefully crafted with hand-painted (genuine lacquer) and is reversible. It can be used for both celebratory and mourning occasions, making it a very convenient item to keep at home or in the office.
For celebrations (weddings, anniversaries, etc.): Use with the red (gold rim) side of the stand facing up.
For condolences (funerals, memorial services, etc.): Use with the green (silver rim) side of the stand facing up.
The fukusa itself is made of a subdued purple chirimen-style fabric and has a clasp (claw) to prevent the wrapping from coming undone.

[Product Condition]
This item has been stored at home unused, but shows the following conditions due to the storage period. Please check the photos.

● Stand (lacquer surface): This is a beautifully crafted item with dense, genuine lacquer applied by hand. (※The wrapping paper with the hand-painted stamp, which would have served as proof, has been discarded due to deterioration and is not included, but the shine and texture of the actual product clearly indicate high-quality craftsmanship.)
The lacquer has a beautiful shine and is perfectly functional, but there are minor initial scratches (slight small indentations) visible when held up to the light.

● Fukusa (purple fabric surface): There is slight light dirt on the exterior, and several instances of adhesive stains (yellowish spots) due to age on the white fabric inside.
