Description
Based on French antique Tablier aprons, we've adjusted the size balance to create a chic impression while retaining the charm of the gathers.
The back-cross design distributes weight, preventing neck strain.
Hand-stitching is used on the waist belt and pocket openings, and the buttonholes are reinforced with hand-sewn chrysanthemum stitches.

The generously used hand-spun, hand-woven indigo cotton from mountain tribes is used in its original woven width, preserving the selvage to showcase the texture of hand-weaving.
The straps are made from antique indigo fabric, rich in character. They are long enough to be tied either in the front or back.
A final treatment of persimmon tannin dye with an iron mordant enhances durability and deepens the color.
