I purchased this item on the understanding that it was in working condition, but when I tried to use it, it didn't work properly. The situation is that an arc occasionally occurs, but it cannot be sustained and cuts out. No error messages are displayed.

I couldn't determine if the problem was with the grounding, the connection environment, or the unit itself, so I decided to dispose of it. For this reason, I am listing it as a junk item. Please use it for parts or other purposes.
