This is an original piece, completely handmade by remaking old kimono fabric.
It is a one-of-a-kind item, with no two alike.

Made with a gorgeous patchwork using a lot of chirimen kimono fabric ☆

A shibori (tie-dye) border surrounds the colorful Japanese patterned patchwork.

- Made with kimono fabric.

A zipper is attached to the center of the back, so please purchase a cushion or memory foam insert of the appropriate size.

The cushion in the reference photo was purchased from Nitori
It is a low-resilience nude cushion insert.

The back of the patchwork is also lined with fabric for reinforcement.

Size: Made to fit cushions approximately 45cm x 45cm.

These items were passed down from my grandfather, who ran a kimono shop, and my grandmother, who was a tea ceremony and Japanese dance instructor, and were handmade by my mother ?


As the kimonos are old, many are unused, but
to prevent any issues, they are listed as slightly scratched or dirty.
