A puff quilt cushion handmade from kimono and used clothing recycled fabrics, coordinated in pink hues.
Approximately 45cm including the frills, and about 39cm for the puff quilt part alone.
It's large enough to be used on a car seat or as interior decor.
We've attached ties to the four corners on the back.
Please use them when you want to secure it to a chair or other furniture.
Ties are not included. Please prepare your own.

The cotton filling is recycled from the kataate (shoulder padding) futons used for the float poles in Nagasaki's Okunchi festival.

The float poles in Nagasaki's Okunchi festival are the first to appear in the town's procession. The kataate is a small futon that plays a very important role when one person carries a heavy float pole, and it is used to reduce the weight.

Since it is used for offerings to the gods, new ones are made every year, so they become unnecessary after being used for practice the following year.
This is recycled cotton that has been thoroughly dried.
