Product Features & Basic Specifications
Features: High flame retardancy is achieved with Armatex flame-retardant processing, supporting safe work in environments with high fire hazards such as welding.
By applying flame-retardant processing to 100% cotton fabric, it exhibits high flame-retardant effects while maintaining the feel of cotton.
Flame-retardant processed fabric has high self-extinguishing properties and carbonizes when burning, so the fabric does not melt.
It is resistant to repeated washing and maintains its high performance.
As it is made of cotton, it has lower static electricity compared to non-flammable products made of synthetic fibers.
Uses: For metal processing, shipbuilding, ironworks, welding operations, and other work involving fire hazards.
Precautions
* Do not use for purposes other than the intended use.
* Although this product is specialized for flame retardancy, it does not guarantee absolute safety. Please exercise maximum caution during use and always strive for safe work practices.
* As it is not non-combustible, holes may form in carbonized areas, similar to general flame-retardant materials.
* There is a risk of burns if the residual heat from carbonization is high.
* Exposure to strong light such as arc light may cause discoloration.
* Color variations may occur due to special processing. Normal washing is fine, but tumble drying may cause shrinkage.
* Avoid washing with white items simultaneously, as it may cause color transfer.
* Use synthetic detergent for washing.
* Do not use chlorine bleach.
