Imperfect Kappogi - White Apron with White Frills

A classic white kappogi (cooking apron) with a frilly design and a back opening.

Used a few times for home economics cooking classes and then stored at home for a long period.

There is a significant soy sauce stain that cannot be removed with bleach (see 3rd image).
The elastic at the wrists has also deteriorated and stretched.

We are looking for someone who understands these two points of damage.
