Cancellations and changes after bidding or purchasing are not possible. If you wish to cancel, we will report it to the administration as malicious nuisance behavior and request restrictions on your account.
To avoid issues such as self-bidding, product swapping, loss, defects, malfunctions, or damage, we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for any reason.
We have listed any points of concern in the images and description, but there may be oversights. New and unused items may have initial dirt or scratches. Items that have been stored for a long time may have age-related deterioration, and used items may have wrinkles, pilling, fuzziness, stretching, fraying, tears, snags, holes, fading, black spots, scratches, yellowing, discoloration, color loss, or dirt. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about these issues.
As a general rule, we use simple packaging without cushioning material. Items may be compressed or folded for shipping. If you have specific packaging or shipping preferences, such as not wanting items compressed or folded, please let us know before purchasing.
Standard mail typically takes 3-4 days for delivery after shipping, and up to 5-10 days in some cases (excluding weekends and holidays). Please note that delivery may take longer in the event of natural disasters, accidents, or during long holiday periods.
In the event of package loss, we ask that you acknowledge it as the responsibility of the shipping carrier and bear the cost of the item and shipping.
Specifically, standard mail does not have a tracking number, so there is no way to track it if it is lost. If you require a tracking number, please let us know before purchasing.
In the event of defects, malfunctions, or damage, we ask that you acknowledge it as the responsibility of the manufacturer or the shipping carrier and bear the cost of the item and shipping.
Please note that changing the packaging or shipping method may incur additional charges for the difference.
We live with pets. While we take great care, there is a possibility of pet hair getting into the package. Please refrain from purchasing if you have allergies.
To prevent trouble, we will consider your purchase to be made after you have read and understood all information, including your nickname, self-introduction, product images, product descriptions, shipping methods, and transaction messages.
Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned or uneasy about the above content.
Please do not leave a disappointing rating due to reasons that indicate you have not understood the pre-explained content.
