This is a device that grinds, kneads, disperses, and defoams high-viscosity pastes using shear and compression forces.
While there are some stains, we have recently used it in-house for dispersing titanium oxide in ink.

The main unit dimensions are approximately 29 x 28 x 26 cm (height).
As shown in the photos, it also comes with a power switch and a controller for rotational speed control.
A hopper is also included.
It is a MODEL50, which differs from currently sold models.

This device was purchased for approximately 1.6 million yen some time ago.
As it is a desktop-sized device, it may not be suitable for large-scale ink production.

The scraping blades were originally metal when purchased, but due to repeated injuries during use, they have been replaced with plastic blades.
There is a contact failure in the power plug that inserts into the outlet, and a simple repair is necessary.
