Thank you for viewing. This is a pre-sewn, unfinished haori from the Showa retro period. It is in a basted state with basting threads, so you can tailor it to your own size. Material: Pure silk Design: Gin-toshi (silver-threaded), Ji-mon (woven pattern) This is an elaborate piece featuring Gin-toshi fabric that sparkles with the light, and a three-dimensional Ji-mon woven into it. A delicate landscape pattern is depicted on a pale beige (ivory) background. There are no noticeable stains or dirt, but please understand that this is an antique item. It is in a basted state and cannot be worn as is. Tailoring is required for wear. How about using it as material for remaking into a dress, bag, or obi? It has a tag from a kimono shop in Kyoto.
