NTN Makita Electric Hammer HM0810 - Grease Replaced - Demolition Hammer

NTN in the title is my account name. Please refrain from price negotiations. In photo 1, the black part has been painted. Includes 3 tip tools. The side handle is sold separately. In photo 6, the nameplate label has peeled off. In photo 9, there is a crack in the rubber cover at the base of the cord, but the cord is not abnormal. In photo 12, the commutator part of the armature measures 26.8 mm where the carbon brush does not touch, and 26.7 mm where it does touch. It is worn by 0.1 mm in diameter. In photo 13, the remaining carbon brush length is 15.1 mm. New is 15.4 mm. It is worn by 0.3 mm. Based on these measurements, it is believed that the motor has been used for a short period. In photo 14, a part of the crankcase was chipped, so it was replaced with a different crankcase. The original crankcase still had some of the original yellow grease, but the replaced crankcase has more of the original yellow grease remaining. It is believed to be in good condition. Photos 15 and 16 show the old grease being removed. Photo 17 shows 30 grams of Makita genuine hammer grease, the specified amount, being injected. Photo 18 shows Holts liquid gasket, Titebond threadlocker, and 30 grams of Makita genuine hammer grease, the specified amount, being used. Photo 19 shows a 60 mm thick interlocking block, confirmed to be broken. This is a used item and may have scratches, dirt, rust, or attached debris. Power may be reduced compared to new.
