This is a cotton-poly lace momonga coat (Margaret). The hem lace in image 2 is a rare fabric with three tiers of lace.

You can quickly throw it on for rainy days or as a layer against air conditioning, and wear it without worry even if you've applied sunscreen.
It also protects against dust.

You can enjoy it in two ways, by folding it in half and wearing it like a stole.
