Found during a clean-out of my parents' home. I believe these were received as a commemorative gift.
There is a mark of Kanagawa Prefecture on the bottom of the cups, and Governor of Kanagawa Prefecture is written in gold on the wooden box.

I believe they are unused, but they have been stored for a long time.
