This is a commemorative limited edition item received when I visited Surf-N-Sea in Haleiwa Town on Oahu's North Shore, either in 2015 or 2017.
It features the 50th anniversary 1965-2015 logo and was a special item released during their 50th anniversary.
This is a sturdy non-woven fabric backpack/drawstring bag with a surfing design.

As you can see in the photos, there are fold creases in the center and some scuffing on the central logo.
