This is a set of hakama (divided skirt) and kimono in the style of Haikara-san (a popular manga/anime).
Please note that there is no undergarment (juban) included.
I, who am 158cm tall and of average build, found it to be a perfect fit.
I wore it at my university graduation ceremony a few years ago.
There are faint stains in the areas circled in the image.
There are also brown spots on the inside of the kimono.
The hakama appears to have no noticeable stains at first glance.
