We are offering the Special Grade Aged somen, which you'll rarely find in supermarkets, at an affordable price.

This exquisite product is made using high-quality wheat flour during the coldest months (December to February).
Production is limited to skilled artisans selected and designated by the association.
Furthermore, somen that has been aged for one year in a well-managed warehouse is called Kote (aged somen), and this one-year aging process results in even greater chewiness.
