Seaweed from Saga is known nationwide for its excellent aroma,
and its melt-in-your-mouth texture and flavor are particularly superb.

The unique sweet flavor of seaweed grown in the Ariake Sea is truly exquisite.

And within Kyushu's Ariake Sea,
this is purely Saga!

This product is a special selection of the first harvest of premium roasted nori sheets (full size, 50 sheets) from the Saga Ariake Sea. Comes in a resealable bag.
The quality and taste are excellent!

*While this nori is slightly thicker than the first harvest nori from frozen nets, it has a good crispness and melts in your mouth. It's also easy to use for onigiri and rolls ?

The roasted color is black with a good sheen. Please enjoy Saga Ariake nori according to your preferences and intended use ?

Generally, as the harvest number increases from the first to the second and third harvests, nori becomes tougher. The very first nori harvested is highly valued as soft autumn bud first harvest.
From these, we carefully selected those with particularly good color, sheen, and taste, and roasted them with care!

? It is mainly used in high-end sushi restaurants and as gifts. We believe this is a great value.

Our seaweed specialists carefully select and
purchase nori at auction. We sell only nori we are confident in, directly to you without intermediaries.
