-------------Product Description-------------
Enhance any dish with umami!
This seasoning is born from amino acids (glutamic acid), the source of kombu umami, and adds deliciousness. It can be used widely from preparation to finishing, making it easy to make your dishes taste great.
Ajinomoto? and Umami Dashi Haimi? do not have expiration dates because their quality does not change over long periods, similar to salt and sugar.
If the product is unopened, shows no discoloration (yellowing or browning), remains white, and is free-flowing without moisture absorption or clumping, it can be used.
