【Unused】Double-edged Saw with Handle, 1 Shaku 1 Sun (300mm), Set of 3, No. 4

Thank you for viewing my listing!

? ? ? Product Details ? ? ?
Double-edged saw with handle, 1 shaku (approx. 300mm) blade length, set of 3

[Condition]
- New and unused, but has scratches and rust due to long-term storage.
- The center of the saw blade has been thinned through grinding (center thinning grinding).
- The blade tip has been induction hardened.

[Features of Center Thinning Grinding]
- Because the center is thin, it releases the friction and clamping force when cutting wood, and the sawdust is easily removed. This allows for smoother and more efficient cutting compared to regular saws.
- The part near the handle is thicker, which provides good downward cutting force.

[Features of Induction Hardening]
- To make the blade tip strong and long-lasting, heat is applied through induction hardening. This turns the blade tip black. The durability is completely different before and after this process, ensuring a sharp cut that lasts a long time.
