The sansho peppers have been blanched and pickled, so they can be enjoyed as is.
It has a refreshing citrus-like aroma and a unique spicy flavor, making it a sophisticated taste.
The green sansho peppers do not have an intense, biting spiciness.

You can eat the small stems, but please remove them if you prefer.
You can add soy sauce and use it as a sansho-flavored seasoning in various dishes.
Cute leaves may also be included.

The image shows one example of it served on edamame tofu.
You can also simply pour soy sauce over it.

Drizzle over hot rice or rice porridge!
Great with chilled tofu, natto, kamaboko (fish cake), chikuwa (tube-shaped fish cake), and grilled fish.
