Original Kirie (Paper Cutting) Artwork
Awakening from the Abyss
No. 001 Shirami

This paper cutting artwork is meticulously handcrafted using a paper knife on black drawing paper.

The piece is inspired by a dark fantasy and mythological worldview, featuring an otherworldly being emerging from the abyss and a figure confronting it.

We focused on the intricate details of the central otherworldly being, the countless spreading tentacles, and the crumbling ruins, creating a work that offers a fantastical atmosphere when illuminated.

We recommend using backlighting or indirect lighting to enhance the sense of depth and presence.
