These are greenhouse-grown mandarins from Karatsu City, Saga Prefecture.

Due to the rising costs of heavy oil and materials, prices are higher than last year. We apologize for this.

Saga Prefecture is the number one producer of greenhouse mandarins in Japan, and Karatsu City's greenhouse mandarins are particularly famous.

Heating begins around November, with thorough management of water and temperature. These mandarins are carefully cultivated through meticulous processes such as bud pinching, flower bud thinning, and fruit thinning.

The Satsuma mandarins available during this season are exclusively greenhouse-grown. Compared to outdoor-grown mandarins available in autumn, they are characterized by:
- Very thin skin
- A good balance of sweetness and acidity
due to careful water and temperature management. They taste even better when chilled.

As it is a hot season, we hope to deliver greenhouse mandarins that will energize you.

- Small size, SS size or smaller. Some are the size of a 10-yen coin.

We will not include any damage that affects the quality of the fruit.
