Description
These are natural fuki (Japanese butterbur) grown pesticide-free on our property. The season is coming to an end.
To ensure you receive the freshest product, we will ship them with the skin on.
Once they arrive, please peel them and parboil them.
When boiled, they turn a vibrant green and become tender. They are delicious simmered with ingredients like bamboo shoots.
We will fill a Nekoposu-sized box as much as possible. This will be approximately 700g.
If you purchase now, we plan to ship via Yamato Transport within 2-3 days.
For customers in Okinawa Prefecture, we will arrange for air delivery, so please contact us in advance.
We apologize, but we kindly ask customers on remote islands where shipping may take longer to refrain from purchasing.
