We highly recommend trying onion slices and microwaved onion with ponzu sauce!!
When microwaving, simply make a small cut and place it in the microwave! Adjust to your preference afterwards! Personally, I recommend ponzu sauce! However, please try it plain first before adding the sauce!
It's sweet! Just like last year, my 4-year-old grandchild ate it right up, saying Delicious! just by microwaving it!
It's also delicious in curries, but we recommend enjoying it in simple dishes to truly appreciate the onion's flavor. Store in a cool, dark place or refrigerator after arrival!

Agriculture, dealing with nature, cannot always guarantee the same quality as manufactured goods. Just as no two people are alike, no two vegetables are alike. You may not realize this if you only see vegetables lined up in supermarkets, but behind those beautiful, uniformly shaped vegetables are their unique brothers who never saw the light of day. We prioritize substance over appearance! Therefore, we generally do not sort based on appearance if it doesn't affect edibility.
We await orders from those who understand this. Please check the comments section for shipping status updates.
