The season for Nemagaritake (bent-root bamboo shoots) is here again!
These are from Niseko, known for their high quality, thickness, and popularity within Hokkaido.
They are just starting to be harvested, so quantities are limited, but they are fresh and delicious.

To ensure you can enjoy them at their freshest, they will be shipped immediately after harvest from Hokkaido via chilled delivery, with shipping costs paid upon arrival.
Washing them reduces their freshness, so we will lightly brush off any dirt and trim the ends before shipping.

We do not harvest on rainy days, so there may be delays due to bad weather. We appreciate your understanding.
They will be shipped chilled immediately after harvest.

A classic Hokkaido way to enjoy them is to boil them and eat them as is with mayonnaise and nanban sauce! I personally prefer them with yuzu pepper soy sauce. If you lightly parboil them, they can be used in various dishes.
We are currently harvesting from the Niseko area, which is known for its high-quality, thick, and popular bamboo shoots in Hokkaido.
