It's sweet and very delicious! (^^)
Ships via Nekoposu (Japanese postal service for small packages), so it will be delivered to your mailbox!
Our asparagus is characterized by its light green color!
This light color does not mean it's harvested too early or is young!
The reason is that we cultivate it without excessive fertilizer!
We aim to grow asparagus that has less bitterness due to its light green color, allowing you to enjoy its sweetness!
These are thick and magnificent asparagus spears, perfect for BBQs! (*^^*)
★ How to eat: We recommend trimming off about 1cm from the bottom and then peeling about 10cm from there with a peeler. This way, you can enjoy them without tough fibers!
