Description
Grown in Ehime Prefecture, in fields kissed by sea breezes, without the use of pesticides.
We cultivate using our own seeds every year.
Approximately 1kg of new garlic, harvested on May 16th.
Sizes will vary. Some may be roughly separated to fit into a compact box.
We have peeled off one or two outer layers, but some may still have a bit of soil on the skin.
For storage, please dry them in a net or similar. You can also peel the outer layers, cut them into pieces, and store them frozen in a zip-top bag.
