While the Yamato Rouge kernels themselves turn red as they grow, the inside and silks of the young corn (baby corn) harvested at this stage are not yet red and are the same yellow (whitish color) as regular young corn. Please understand this in advance.

We deliver the limited-time flavor that can only be enjoyed now, fresh from the field!
Harvested when they are thin and tender, you can enjoy their crisp texture and a hint of gentle sweetness.

◆Recommended ways to eat
Since they are fresh and have their husks on, please enjoy the silks along with them!
?Grill or toast them with the husks on (they will steam inside and become juicy!)
?Tempura or fried with the silks on (the crispiness of the silks is exquisite)
?Stir-fried with butter and soy sauce, wrapped in meat, or added to Happo-sai (stir-fried mixed vegetables)

?We will ship them with the husks on to maintain freshness.
?We will ship them on the same day or the next day after harvesting.
?As they are carefully grown with reduced pesticides, small insects or soil may occasionally be mixed in. As these are natural products, please purchase only if you understand this.
