Description
This is 500g of pesticide-free sansho peppers, harvested in abundance on our property each year. We ship them unwashed to prevent spoilage. They are wrapped in newspaper for shipping to prevent them from becoming stuffy. To prevent spoilage due to transit time, we only ship to customers who can receive the package the next day. A small amount of leaves may be included as they are difficult to remove. The peppers may change color depending on the temperature, but this does not affect their usability. Reddish peppers are ripe and are also safe to use.
