Description

★ Fresh Ginger - Irregular Size, 1kg ★
★ Various sizes, large and small
★ Ships at room temperature

This product contains only parts with a slightly higher fiber content, so we recommend slicing or mincing it for making pickled ginger (beni shoga) or simmered ginger (tsukudani) ??
These parts are not usually sold, but they have a sharp spiciness and are delicious!

When shipping at room temperature, depending on the weather and temperature, the product may become dry or discolored and spoil easily.
Please receive the delivery the day after shipping.
Also, although we include a little extra, the weight upon arrival may be slightly reduced due to drying, etc.
Please purchase only if you understand and accept these conditions.
