Description

I picked these up today for a trial. They are still clear to white and haven't colored yet, so they are soft and would be great for tsukudani (simmered seafood/seaweed) or chirimen sansho (simmered baby sardines with sansho pepper).
They will be shipped at room temperature, possibly via Nekoposu (a mail service), with the stems still attached.
Sizes vary, and please understand that small debris may be included.
