Regular maintenance required - M-Bar Cutter JMC-SW19

This product was given to me by an acquaintance as an unwanted item.
The operation is unstable because several parts seem to have been lost during blade replacement.
The following are the points that I noticed upon inspection:

Nuts and screws for fixing various parts have been lost and replaced with different ones.
When the blade slides, the up-and-down sliding motion is unstable due to missing screws.
There is no washer between the rotating part of the blade and the lower part, causing the upper part to spin.
It is possible to cut embers for now.

These are all the points that I noticed for now.

I own a fully functional unit of the same product, so I am listing this one for sale as I do not plan to maintain and use it.

This is suitable for those who can perform maintenance, use it as a spare part, or for parts harvesting.
I believe there are various possible uses.

I don't think there are any fatal defects, so I believe it can be repaired by someone with knowledge.
