Characteristics of Nasuhikari Rice
It has the shine and rich umami of Koshihikari, but with larger grains and a satisfying chew. Taste: It is sticky, but slightly lighter than Koshihikari, making it easy to pair with any side dish and enjoyable to eat.
Rating: It boasts a proven track record of receiving the highest rank, Special A, multiple times in the taste ranking by the Japan Grain Inspection Association.
