★New Rice★ [White Rice] Specially Cultivated Rice Milky Queen 2kg Organic Fertilizer Reduced Pesticide Cultivation

We've harvested shiny, glossy new rice!

★ New rice for Reiwa 7 (2025) is ready!

This is 2kg of polished white rice of the Milking Queen variety, cultivated by me.
This rice is sold directly from the farmer.

Milking Queen is a variety developed by cross-breeding Koshihikari.

◆ We mill the rice only after receiving your order, so you can enjoy freshly milled rice.

Its characteristics are strong stickiness and a chewy texture.
It's also delicious even when cold, making it perfect for bento boxes and onigiri.

It has obtained certification as a specially cultivated rice.
It is grown without chemical fertilizers and with reduced pesticide use.
We planted fewer seedlings and allowed them to grow with plenty of light reaching the roots, giving them ample space.
This is to cultivate rice with a better taste, rather than focusing on yield.

Depending on our farming schedule, we will mill and ship your order promptly.
