This product is pesticide-reduced Koshihikari rice from Niigata Prefecture, harvested in Reiwa 7 (2025), which has been stored at low temperatures as brown rice for household consumption.
It has been sorted using a color sorter to remove any impurities such as weed seeds.
We are selling a portion of it because our consumption has decreased due to our child's advancement to higher education and starting a job from April.
Once purchased, we will mill the rice before shipping, so please let us know your preferred milling level from the following options: 3-part polish / 5-part polish / 7-part polish / Standard polish / Washed rice.
Please note that milling brown rice will result in a weight reduction of approximately 10% to 15%.
