Vintage Item
Purchased 18 years ago at a vintage shop in Kyoto.
According to the shop owner, this item was a high-quality piece from a test firing that had been stored at the factory for many years, and was very rare, not typically available on the market.
I was captivated by the beautiful, soft white porcelain before the painting was applied, and purchased it. It has been displayed on a shelf for many years.
The rounded form and the rustic texture of the glaze are characteristic charms of Nordic vintage items.
I have decided to list this rare ARABIA piece for sale.
As it is an antique item, there are minor stains and some blackening on the bottom, but there are no cracks or chips.
This is my personal assessment, so please examine the photos and make your own judgment.
Thank you for looking.
