??This is Koshihikari rice from the 2025 harvest year??
◎This rice is grown using water from the upper reaches of the Shimanto River, one of Japan's three great clear streams.
◎This is 100% Koshihikari rice harvested in late August 2025.
◎We handle everything from planting and harvesting to hulling and polishing rice at our own facility.
◎Rice is stored in a dedicated rice refrigerator at approximately 13°C. Please rest assured.
◎We will polish the rice to order before shipping.
◎2kg (polished rice, in a ziplock bag)
[2kg of polished rice is equivalent to approximately 2.2kg of unpolished rice.] (Shipping included)
The weight of the Takuhai Bin Compact box is not included.
