◎○Recipe: Green Smoothie
[Ingredients (for 2 servings)]
- Kale, salad spinach, mizuna, or other green vegetables: 100g
- Water: 200g
- Corn (uncooked): 100g
- Banana: 1
- Raw grain powder: 3-5 tablespoons

[Instructions]
- Blend green vegetables and water in a mixer until smooth.
- Blend banana and corn, transfer to a bowl, and mix in about 3 tablespoons of raw grain powder.
- Mix the raw grain powder well and consume while chewing.

For vegetables, use seasonal options such as soft kale, komatsuna, spinach, celery, parsley, garland chrysanthemum, watercress, etc.
Please enjoy it while savoring the taste of the season.
We highly recommend consuming it fresh. It can be stored in the refrigerator for about 1 day at your own risk.
We recommend making two servings and storing half in a clean container in the refrigerator. You can also freeze it halfway.
The key is to chew and mix with saliva, as this releases digestive enzymes and is gentle on your intestines.
