Step 3: Brush the eyebrows with the Y-shaped brush, then cover the eyebrows with plastic wrap for 10 minutes.
Step 4: Apply #2 Perm Lotion to the eyebrows and cover with plastic wrap for 10 minutes.
Step 5: Apply #3 Fixing Solution to the eyebrows and cover with plastic wrap for 10 minutes.
Step 6: Remove the plastic wrap using #1 Cleaner Lotion and remove all perm residue.
Step 7: Finally, apply #4 Keratin Treatment Nutritional Emulsion to repair the eyebrows.
Step 8: Cover with plastic wrap for 10 minutes.
Step 9: Remove any unwanted hair around the eyebrows.
