1940s WW2 US Military Bag Vintage
This is a US military Boston tool bag from the 1940s. It is a one-of-a-kind item, likely owned by an officer or higher rank, and I have never seen another one like it. Most surplus items from this era are combat shoulder bags or backpacks, making this style of bag extremely rare. The name Rudy is handwritten on the surface, likely the name of the US Army soldier. The zipper is a Talon gunmetal and operates smoothly. This is a very cool and special bag, with the characteristic rough texture of old USA cotton and natural fraying. I think it would also look good worn with a deliberately pop-style keychain attached. Recommended for those who like Nigel Cabourn, or the classic Martin Margiela Line 10. I am also selling other 1940s military items.
