This is an insulation cover (duct) for the exhaust duct of the wave3.
It is a non-genuine product that is used by covering the genuine one.
It is especially recommended for wave2, which does not have insulation.
This is an unused new item.

? Current Situation
As those who have already used it will know, the exhaust duct gets quite hot and heats up the interior space around the exhaust duct routing.
Operating without insulation measures is a waste of cooling.
As for insulation methods, there are methods seen on YouTube such as wrapping or covering with aluminum sheets, but they are difficult to install and leave gaps.

? Description
It has a bellows structure with aluminum lining inside, similar to the wave3 duct, allowing for easy insulation by simply covering the exhaust duct.
The item is lightweight, compact, and highly stretchable.
It also eliminates the need for winding each time.
Without measures, the exhaust duct gets very hot, but by covering it with this, you can expect significant insulation, with it only feeling slightly warm.
This is based on personal experience.
However, you will definitely feel the effect and will not regret it.

? Implementation Description
The product is shown in the first and second images.
It is slightly longer than the wave3 exhaust duct, which is 1.2m, for comparison. Therefore, it can cover the entire duct.

To install, remove the ring on one side as shown in the photo, insert the genuine exhaust duct, and then reattach the ring.

Please check the compressed and extended states after installation.
As you can see in the photo where it is extended after being covered, it covers the entire duct.

◎ Vehicle Installation
In the final images, there are photos of it installed on my own vehicle for reference.
After attaching the ring, it only takes a slight slide. It's very easy.
