Karasumi, Mullet Roe, Taiwanese Product, Delicacy

This is an extra-large, beautiful piece of mullet roe.
My husband received it yesterday (May 19th) from a business associate (from Taiwan), but since we don't eat it at home, I'm listing it for sale.
I've lowered the price thinking it would be best to sell it while it's still as fresh as possible.
Would anyone who likes this be interested?
